Ashkenaz is proud to launch the first of the bi-monthly Pan-Celtic Ceilidh dance! The Ceilidh is a tradition of music, dance and storytelling in Scottish and Irish traditions. In Ashkenaz inclusive tradition, this Ceilidh will combine easy dances everyone can do in many traditions including English Ceilidh, English Country, Contra, Scottish and Irish Ceilidh. This first in the series will feature teacher, DJ, host, and caller Alan Kline, and International Folk Dance music ensemble led by Jim Oakden.
This month features the Bruno Band and caller, Alan Kline.
