Purnamasari performs cross-cultural music featuring Indonesian Gamelan instruments and choreographed movements drawn from Balinese dance vocabulary.  The band invites the audience to express their spirit by dancing to its percussive, guitar-driven, eco-conscious songs.  Purnamasari began as collaboration between Bay Area performer/songwriter Lisa Graciano and her husband Paul Miller, who spent a few years in Indonesia learning gamelan music. The group is rooted in Lisa’s Community Garden and Cross Cultural music projects, which support reconnection with nature and each other in the multicultural world family tree.  Part of the proceeds from this concert will go toward the UC Gill Tract Community Farm. The band’s line-up for this event includes Richard Phillips, Emily K Rolph, Maurissa Dorn, Made Putrayasa and Barbara Golden.

Bay Area Hawaiian musicians Pūlama, and Pili Moreno weave solo, duo, and trio musical performances with dancers from Hula Manu‘Ō‘ō  to create an evening of Hawaiian music and hula. Pūlama is the vocal/guitar duo of Jim Romano and Paula Kauapālaukī Rudman. They have been singing and playing the music of Hawai'i in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003. Singer, songwriter and guitarist, Pili Moreno has performed with many musicians and hula groups in Hawai‘i and on the mainland, including Nā Hōkū Hanohano award-winners Darlene Ahuna and Uluwehi Guerrero. The award-winning Hula Manu‘Ō‘ō  has been delighting Bay Area audiences for thirty years with its vibrant depictions of traditional Hawaiian stories.
